Outreach

The Outreach program provides women on the lengthy House of Hope wait list with case management, support services, and access to resources. Our Outreach case manager helps these women stabilize while they wait for an apartment in our transitional housing program or find alternative housing.

Home For A While

Women in House of Hope’s Outreach program are provided temporary housing for up to 90 days through our partnership with Candeo Church. Outreach case managers work with moms to become stable while they wait for an apartment at House of Hope or ideally, find alternative permanent housing.
