Housing Programs
Regardless of your situation, we offer a range of housing programs that can help get you back on your feet.
Home for Awhile (90-Day Temporary Housing)
Short-term housing for single mother families in need of immediate housing, giving them time to stabilize and plan their next steps.
Two-Year Transitional Housing
Our two-year transitional housing program offers a stable, supportive home where single mothers can focus on building a better future. During their stay, residents receive personalized case management, child care, and transportation assistance—making it easier to find work or complete their education. The program also includes life skills education, programs for children, and access to the resources needed to achieve long-term independence and success.
Pillars
Transitioning out of foster care is a significant challenge—it requires you to grow up. Fast. We can help make that transition a little easier, and a little less scary, by helping you figure out how to live independently. By joining the Pillars program and House of Hope family, you’ll receive:
- A permanent home for up to two years
- Encouragement and support to achieve independence
- Individualized case management assistance and support services.
- Life skills classes, mentoring, and tutoring services
Framing Hope (Path to Homeownership)
Guiding families toward long-term stability through financial education, savings support, and a clear pathway to owning a home.
Outreach
In Outreach, participants are connected to community resources and can participate in other House of Hope programs while they work to secure permanent housing.
