Employment Program

Boost

Boost offers single moms and women 8 weeks of training and education to achieve career employment. Participants receive 2 weeks of soft skills training and are then placed with one of our many business partners for a 6-week job shadow experience. While in Boost, women earn a weekly stipend and coaching. When women complete Boost, they can have opportunities to be employed where they were placed in permanent, full-time positions with options for upward mobility.
